Additional conditions of sale
- Only the winning bidder will be auto-notified by the auction site and called (sealed bid auction winner only).
- If the winning bidder does not collect the lot, the lot will not be sold.
- At bidding, the organizer reserves the right to delete bids and deactivate participants, inconsistent with the stated conditions.
- Only those people who can personally pay at the embassy cashier window and receive the lots are invited to participate in the auction.
- Property is sold as-is on a non-returnable basis without refund or warranty.
- In the event of a dispute as to the amount of the bid, the item(s), or item number(s), the Government reserves the right to retain the property.
- Participants with winning bids, but who then later refuse to pay for their lots, will not be permitted to participate in the next auction.
Payment day is Tuesday, 8 April 2025, 10.00-11.00.
1. Auction participant should pay for his lot by cash at the US Embassy cashier window.
2. ID passport must be submitted.
3. Cash payment is accepted in KGS only.
4. Banknotes must be in good condition.
5. The buyer is responsible to fulfill local tax.
Pickup day is Tuesday, 8 April 2025, 10.00-11.00.
In order to retrieve your items, you must present the original Receipt of payment and ID passport.
Our staff will move your items out to the front of the embassy gate. From that time on, you are the owner of your merchandise. You will have the full responsibility for subsequent handling procedures and removal from Embassy property in a timely manner.
Any paid items that are not picked up during the scheduled time frame will be disposed of, and there will be no possibility for their retrieval.
All arrangements and costs for removal of the property are the responsibility of the buyer.
