How it works

Conditions of sale:
- Property is sold as-is on a non-returnable basis without refund, warranty or exchange. Working condition and components are unknown. 
- The winning bidder will be called by phone and notified by the auction site. The email for winners will consist of a link to the auction application where you can review your items, after logging into your account. 
- Only those people who can personally pay at the embassy cashier window and receive the lots are invited to participate in the auction.
- In the event of a dispute as to the amount of the bid, the item(s), or item number(s), the Government reserves the right to retain the property.
- During the bidding period, the organizer reserves the right to delete bids and deactivate participants registered with invalid contact information or with a foreign phone number.

-Auction is proposed monthly.


How to pay for your items

Payments will be made on Wednesday, 18 Sep 2024, 10.00-12.00

1. Auction participants should pay for lots in cash at the U.S. Embassy cashier window. 

2. A passport ID must be submitted.

3. Cash payments are accepted in KGS only.

4. Banknotes must be in good condition.

5. The buyer is responsible for payment of any local taxes.


How to pick-up your items

Pickup day is Thursday, 19 Sep 2024, 10.00-12.00, 13.00-15.00. Please reserve pick up time when you come for payment.

In order to retrieve your items, you must present the original Receipt of payment and passport ID.

Our staff will move your items out to the front of the embassy gate. From that time on, you are the owner of your merchandise.

You will have the full responsibility for subsequent handling procedures and removal from Embassy property in a timely manner.

Any purchased items that are not picked up during the scheduled time frame will be disposed of, and there will be no possibility for their retrieval.

All arrangements and costs for removal of the property are the responsibility of the buyer.
