Additional Terms of Sale:

  1. The property is sold "as is," without warranty and is not subject to return.
  2. During the auction, the organizer reserves the right to remove bids and deactivate participants who do not meet the stated conditions.
  3. Only individuals who can personally pay at the embassy cashier and collect their winning lots according to the schedule are invited to participate in the auction.
  4. The winner with the highest bid for a lot will be notified:
    a) via an automated message from the auction website;
    b) by phone, to confirm the bid.
  5. Local phone numbers provided during participant registration must remain accessible until 3:00 PM on the auction closing day.
  6. If the contact number is unavailable, the lot will be awarded to the next highest bidder or removed from sale.
  7. The winner must pay for all the lots they won and confirmed by phone. Selective payment is prohibited.
  8. In the event of disputes regarding the bid amount, item(s), or the winner, the U.S. Government reserves the right to withdraw the property from sale.
  9. Participants who win bids but subsequently refuse to pay for their lots will be barred from participating in the next auction.



How to pay for your items

Payment day is Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 11:00-12:00

1. Auction participant/winner should pay for his lot by cash at the US Embassy cashier window. 

2. ID passport must be submitted.

3. Cash payment is accepted in KGS only. 

4. Banknotes must be in good condition.

5. The buyer is responsible to fulfill local tax.



How to pick-up your items

Pickup day is Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 11:30-13:00

In order to retrieve your items, you must present the original Receipt of payment and ID passport.

 Our staff will move your items out to the front of the embassy gate. From that time on, you are the owner of your merchandise. You will have the full responsibility for subsequent handling procedures and removal from Embassy property in a timely manner.

 Any paid items that are not picked up during the scheduled time frame will be disposed of, and there will be no possibility for their retrieval.

 All arrangements and costs for removal of the property are the responsibility of the buyer.
