How to pick-up your items

How to pick up your lot.

Payment for and pick-up of the winning bids should be done within 3 (three working days) after the auction is closed.

With a proof of payment, the bidder must pick up the purchased lots at the storage facility of the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent located at 3 Moyqorghon Street.

Any purchased lots that are not picked up within the scheduled timeframe will be disposed of, and there will be no way to retrieve them. In some cases, a bidder may arrange with the GSO Property a different pickup date and time. Such arrangements are to be done before the deadline for the pickup.

After GSO Property receives a confirmation for a purchased lot, the GSO Property team move the lot to the front of the specified storage facility. Once the lot is there, the winning bidder is considered the owner of the merchandise and has full responsibility for all handling procedures and the pickup of the lot from the Embassy’s property within a scheduled timeframe. The lots that are not picked up from the storage facility in a timely manner, are considered abandoned and are disposed of.
