The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw sells surplus government property through this Web Based Electronic Auction. Each auction will be activated for a period of time clearly stating the start and end date. This information is available on the information panel of the web application. Interested bidders must register in the application and submit bids during the active period of the auction. During the auction period bidders may submit subsequent bids.
Winning bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction. If a bidder fails to respond, make payment, pick up the items within the defined timeframes, the bid will be discarded and the next highest bidder will be notified. Bidders with a record of failure to follow up will be banned from future auctions.
All lots are offered on an "as is and where is" basis and are nonrefundable once payment is made and cannot be returned once picked up. The pictures may not reflect the actual condition of the items.

Payment must be received within two business days upon receipt of the winning bid email. Once the Embassy Cashier has confirmed payment items can be picked up.

1. Once your payment is received, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup date.
2. All items must be collected within 3 business days of your successful payment notification.
3. U.S. Embassy warehouse does not provide delivery services and will not be able to assist you with loading your vehicle. Please make sure to be adequately equipped to transport your items.
4. Please be aware if you do not pick up the merchandise in a timely manner, it will be considered abandoned and subsequently disposed of. The U.S. Embassy will not provide any refunds for abandoned items.
