Auction Dates from Nov 27th to 30th 2025
The website link is https://online-auction.state.gov. Bidders will be required to create an account. Selecting the notification box is important to receive emails when the auction goes live and to receive a reminder just prior to the auction close.
Each auction will only be active for a set period of time with clear start and end dates and times. During this active period bidders can submit their bids for the surplus property.
The website will state the maximum number of bids, starting bid amount, and minimum bid increment for each item. All auctions are in Mexican Pesos. Bidders should monitor their bids while the auction is active in order to react to others’ bids.
All winning bidders will receive an email with a link to the auction application where they can review their items, after logging in. The email will also include specific instructions on payment and when to pick up purchased assets.
Winning bidders must pick up, transport, and hire any labor necessary to retrieve assets won from our warehouse.
