How it works
The U.S. Embassy, Bahrain is selling surplus movable property (SMP) via a Web Based Electronic Auction. Each auction will be activated for a period of time clearly stating the start and end date. This information is available on the information panel of the web application. . During this period you can actively take part and submit your bid for the surplus property.
Maximum number of bids on one item is stated at each item. Increasing your bids is possible only in the local currency name. During the auction you should monitor your bids so you can react on all bids price development.
Email for winners will consist link to the auction application where you can review your items, after successful login.

آلية عمل المزاد الالكتروني:
ستقوم السفارة الأمريكية بالمنامة ببيع ممتلكات فائضة قابلة للنقل عن طريق مزاد إلكتروني عبر الانترنت. سيتم تفعيل كل مزاد لفترة زمنية محددة مبينة بتاريخ البدء والانتهاء. تتوفر هذه المعلومات على لوحة المعلومات الخاصة بصفحة المزاد الرئيسية. خلال هذه الفترة يمكنك المشاركة بالمزايدة وتقديم عرضك للسلع المعروضة.
تم تحديد الحد الأقصى لعدد المزايدات على كل سلعة معروضة. يمكنكم رفع العرض على السلع المعروضة والمختارة من قبلكم، ولكن بالعملة المحلية فقط.
أثناء المزاد، يفضل مراقبة المزايدات الخاصة بك حتى يمكنك متابعة عروض الأسعار والمزايدات المحدثة.
سيتم ربط البريد الإلكتروني للفائزين بالسلع برابط لموقع المزاد كي يمكنهم مراجعة البنود الخاصة بهم، بعد تسجيل الدخول بنجاح.

The successful bidders of the auction lots can pay at the time of receiving the notification of winning items by depositing funds in BHD (Bahraini Dinars) to the following account:

When making the payment by bank transfer, the person picking up the items must present the original receipt from the money transfer with all required details or a printed version of the Internet banking money transfer, please mention the lot number for which the payment is being made.
Please refer to the section below (“How to pick up your items”) for instructions on how to pick up your items. The official U.S. Embassy receipt for payment will be sent to the successful bidder’s email address after the items have been picked up. All items are sold in “As is condition” with no warranty.
Please make bank transfers at least 48 hours prior to pick up. This will allow time for the Embassy to confirm receipt of payments. Pick-up is NOT allowed until payment is confirmed.

عند إتمام عملية الدفع عن طريق الإيداع أو التحويل المصرفي، يجب على الشخص المخول باستلام السلع تقديم الإيصال للعملية مع جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة أو نسخة مطبوعة من التحويل المصرفي عبر الإنترنت، كما يجب ذكر رقم السلعة المدفوع لأجلها، لمعلومات أكثر عن طريقة استلام سلعتك الرجاء الرجوع الى فقرة (كيفية استلام السلع الخاصة بك) المذكورة في الأسفل.
سيتم ارسال أيصال إستلام المبلغ الرسمي من سفارة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الى البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالفائز بعد استلامه للسلع.
جميع السلع ستباع كما هي معروضة " على حالتها الراهنة " وبدون اي ضمانات.
يرجى إجراء التحويلات البنكية قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من استلام الاصناف. حتى يتاح للسفارة التأكد من استلام المدفوعات المحولة. لن يُسمح باستلام السلع إلا بعد التأكد من الدفع
Pickup
The winning bidder or another person with written authorization must pick up the items after closure of the auction from a location near the U.S. Embassy Bahrain on a determined times later. The exact location will be sent to winning bidders. The sale will be voided if items are not picked up within 96 hours of the winning notification. In special cases or circumstances, you may arrange a different pick-up date and time by contacting the auction manager.
In order to pick up their items, the winning bidders must send a copy of his/her CPR, and complete vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate number) at least 48 hours before the pick-up date and time.
The person picking up the items must present the original receipt of bank money transfer with all required details included in the payment paragraph above or a printed version of the Internet banking money transfer.
After successful confirmation of payment for your items, our staff will move your items to the front of the storage building. From that time on, you are the owner of your merchandise. You will have the full responsibility for subsequent handling procedures and removal from the Embassy property in a timely manner. If items are not removed in a timely manner they may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
All items are sold in “As is condition” with no warranty.
طريقة الاستلام:
يجب على الفائز أو أي شخص آخر لديه إذن او تفويض كتابي باستلام السلع من الموقع المحدد من قبل السفارة بعد انتهاء المزاد وفي مدة اقصاها 96 ساعة من أستلام اشعار الفوز. سيتم إرسال الموقع بالتفصيل إلى الفائزين. سيتم إلغاء البيع إذا لم يتم استلام السلع خلال الأوقات المحددة.
في حالات أو ظروف خاصة ، يمكن للفائز ترتيب تاريخ ووقت استلام مختلف عن طريق التنسيق والاتصال بمدير المزاد.
من أجل استلام السلع ، يجب على الفائزين إرسال نسخة من الهوية / الإقامة ، ونسخة من الهوية / الإقامة لأي شخص أخر يقود سيارته أو يساعده في الاستلام ، ومعلومات كاملة عن المركبة (المصنع، الموديل، اللون ، رقم اللوحة) قبل ٤٨ ساعة على الأقل من تاريخ ووقت الإستلام.
كما يجب على الشخص الذي يستلم الأغراض تقديم الإيصال الأصلي لتحويل الأموال مع جميع التفاصيل المطلوبة المدرجة في فقرة الدفع أعلاه أو نسخة مطبوعة من التحويل البنكي عبر الإنترنت.
بعد تأكيد الدفع بنجاح للأغراض الخاصة بك ، سينقل موظفونا الأغراض الخاصة بك إلى مقدمة المستودع. ومن ذلك الوقت ستصبح أنت المالك رسميا للسلع الخاصة بك وتتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن إجراءات المناولة وسحب الأغراض من مجمع السفارة في الوقت المحدد. إذا لم يتم سحب الأغراض في الوقت المحدد ، فقد تعتبر متروكة وسيتم التخلص منها.
