ATTENTION! In connection with the increasing attempts at fraud and in order to protect the interests of participants, a limit is introduced on the number of bits per one lot for each participant, in the amount of ten (10). Accounts suspected of fraud will be suspended from the auction and blocked without warning. Thank you for understanding.

The U.S. Embassies are selling surplus movable property (SMP) via a Web Based Electronic Auction. Each auction will be activated for a period of time clearly stating the start and end date. This information is available on the information panel of the web application. Usually it will be active from Monday to Friday lasting two weeks. During this period you can actively take part and submit your bid for the surplus property. 

Increasing your bids is possible only in the local currency name (BYN). During the auction you should monitor your bids so you can react on all bids price development. 

Email for winners will consist link to the auction application where you can review your items, after successful login.

According to our "All or nothing" policy winners must pay for and take possession of All items they have successfully bid on!

All items sold as-is.

Paid lots will not be held past after deadline and will disposed.

No refunds are possible.

Payment Detail: Payment for property purchased at the U.S. Embassy auction dated, registration number #YOUR NUMBER.

Payment must be made within a three days the end of the auction.

Winning bidders are responsible for payment of all taxes and fees due on their behalf if required. 

How to pick-up your items

 Items must be removed by the winning bidders at Minsk 31 Budslavskaya St., (Novinki area).

 Issuance is made only after confirmation of the receipt of money to the account of the US Embassy. 

 You should have original bill to pickup winning bids.

     While collecting winning lots, face covering must be worn when social distancing is not feasible. All purchasers must provide their own transportation and laborers for the items purchased. The U.S. Embassy will not deliver any item(s) and will not move any purchased item(s) onto or into the purchaser’s transport.
