HOW IT WORKS:
This auction will be active from 04 to 08, August 2025. During this period, participants will be able to bid on the lots included in this auction. The starting price and bids are in local currency, Dominican pesos, and the minimum bid will be RD$1000. The price of the lots will increase as bids are received and participants must be attentive to react on the evolution of prices. Winners will be contacted at the email or phone number provided during registration and instructions will be given with details and instructions for final payment and pick up of the items. The U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo has put every effort into preparing the catalog for this auction by providing descriptions and photos of the items, but all lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all flaws, imperfections and errors of description. Winner will be required to make the appropriate payment three business days from the closing date of the auction. If the winner does not make the payment within the established time or rejects the item(s), his/her account will be suspended and he/she will not be able to participate in future virtual auctions. Logistics and costs associated with the pick-up of the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, Internet or any other technology related to the online auction, the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo reserves the right to extend, continue or close the auction.
