How it works
The U.S. Embassy is selling one vehicle Mercedes VITO Turer 2019 via a Web Based Electronic Auction. The auction will be active from June 6 at 9 AM through June 16 at 12 PM, during which you may submit bids. Registering and creating a personal account is required to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted in Euros.
Winners of the auction will be notified via e-mail once the auction has closed.
All Auction items are considered "Sold as-is" and will not be returned or refunded. Working status unknown. The US Embassy offers no guarantees, no warranty, no exchange spare parts or repair regarding its condition. Bidders are encouraged to make their assessments based on the provided images and personal inspections prior to the sale. Please make sure to read and understand the Terms and Condition of Sale and How it works before bidding.

Payment Instructions:
The payment for the purchase of the lot(s) must be completed within 2 business days from the notification. If the payment is not completed before the deadline, it will be assumed that you have abandoned the purchase and will be eliminated. The payment must be made in Euros and will only be received through a bank transfer.
Bank account information will be sent after the bidding is concluded. Please send the bid winner name and the corresponding lot number(s) to nicosiafmccashier@state.gov.
Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local taxes related to this purchase.

Pickup Instructions
Once the Embassy Cashier has confirmed payment, items can be picked up. All winning bidders are required to collect their items by appointment only at the pickup address below
Items purchased will not be shipped.
Please contact the U.S. Embassy by email at NicosiaGSOMotorpool@state.gov to schedule your pickup date and include a digital copy of your payment confirmation.
Items will not be released until the Embassy has verified receipt of payment and vehicle registration process has been fully finalized.
No refunds will be granted for any funds paid for uncollected items.
