    How to pick-up your items

    Pickup

    • After the lot winner provides proof of payment to the auction manager, the auction manager will then verify when the funds are received. This process may take some time.
    • Once the funds are received, the auction manager will coordinate the pick up of each won lot. Please note that the winner is responsible for the movement of lots and should plan to carry, lift, and move each lot themselves. Please advise the auction manager in writing of the full name and phone number of the person responsible for picking up the lot. Auction managers will verify the identity of the person with their original Gov ID during the pick up process.
    • Pick up of lots are expected within the 5 business days set by the auction manager. If a winner fails to pick up their lots within 5 business days, the lot will be considered forfeited.
    • Once lots are picked up by the winner or winner’s representative, the winner is the sole owner of that property and is responsible for subsequent handling procedures.
