The US Government does not guarantee the state or condition of any of the items for sale. The buyer is responsible for assessing the condition of the property BEFORE bidding. 2. All payments must be made within TWO WORKING DAYS following the end of the Auction Sale. 3.Customs Duty: The winning bidder is required to pay customs duty and any related taxes to the Cameroonian authorities before removing the property from the embassy compound. 4. Property must be picked up from the embassy no later than one week from the date of payment.
